Gain America is recruiting a React / TypeScript Front-End Engineer for contract and contract-to-hire engagements with our enterprise clients in the Jersey City, NJ market. Craft fast, accessible user interfaces for data-rich enterprise products used by thousands of users daily.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site in the Jersey City, NJ area
Core stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, GraphQL
What you'll do
- Build component-driven UIs in React and TypeScript
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with robust state management
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser quality
- Collaborate with design and back-end teams on end-to-end features
What you bring
- 4+ years building production React applications
- Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with Next.js, Redux, or comparable frameworks
- An eye for performance and accessible, polished UX
