A concise explanation of the information this website collects and how Gain America handles it.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Information you provide

When you use an enterprise-inquiry, RFI/RFP, contact, business-partner, talent-network, or job-application form, Gain America may collect the information you submit, including your name, organization, contact and location details, project or procurement context, employment history and preferences, compensation expectations, work-authorization and sponsorship answers, and files you choose to upload.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, consider candidates for relevant similar roles, administer business relationships, protect the website, and maintain operational records. Candidates may opt out of similar-role consideration. We do not sell personal information through this website.

Automated résumé organization

Gain America may use automated tools to organize résumé information into professional skills, technologies, certifications, discipline, experience, and location metadata that recruiters can search. This metadata supports human review and is not used by itself to reject or rank candidates. We do not direct these tools to infer protected characteristics or immigration status, and candidate-provided information takes precedence.

Service providers and processing

Website submissions may be processed by service providers that host the site, maintain enterprise or candidate records, organize résumé or inquiry information, securely store and scan submitted documents, deliver email and lead notifications, and maintain operational logs, including Vercel, Twenty, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Resend, and Slack. Content sent to OpenAI is submitted with application storage disabled; uploaded RFI/RFP documents are not sent to OpenAI. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

Technical location and security data

When a candidate submits a form, we may collect the originating IP address, browser user agent, and approximate city, state or region, and country supplied by our hosting provider. This security metadata is stored separately from candidate-entered location information, restricted to authorized administrators, and is not used for candidate matching or employment decisions.

Cookies and analytics

Gain America uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website use, enterprise-funnel performance, and content effectiveness. We configure analytics without Google advertising signals or ad-personalization features and do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, or uploaded-document information to analytics. Hosting and security providers may also process essential technical data or cookies to operate and protect the services.

Retention and security

We retain candidate and business records for operational purposes unless deletion is required by an approved request, law, contract, or written retention policy. Clean RFI/RFP documents remain restricted to authorized enterprise administrators until manually deleted; rejected or unsafe quarantine files are removed promptly. We use administrative and technical restrictions appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the website, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Enterprise insight emails require an explicit subscription and provide an unsubscribe mechanism; transactional messages about an inquiry or uploaded document are separate from marketing preferences.

Children and external websites

This business website is not directed to children under 13. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are not controlled by Gain America.
