Gain America is recruiting a QA / SDET Automation Engineer for contract and contract-to-hire engagements with our enterprise clients in the Jersey City, NJ market. Own quality through automation — building the test frameworks that let teams release with confidence.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site in the Jersey City, NJ area
Core stack: Selenium, Playwright, API testing, Java/Python, CI/CD
What you'll do
- Design and maintain UI and API automation frameworks
- Write reliable tests with Selenium or Playwright
- Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with developers to raise coverage and catch regressions early
What you bring
- 4+ years in test automation / SDET roles
- Strong Selenium or Playwright and API-testing experience
- Programming in Java or Python
- CI/CD integration and quality-engineering best practices
