Job description
Gain America is recruiting a Healthcare IT / Epic Analyst for contract and contract-to-hire engagements with our enterprise clients in the Jersey City, NJ market. Configure and support Epic and clinical systems that care teams rely on every day at leading health systems.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site in the Jersey City, NJ area
Core stack: Epic, HL7/FHIR, healthcare integration, clinical workflows
What you'll do
- Build and maintain Epic modules and clinical workflows
- Support HL7/FHIR interfaces and healthcare data integration
- Partner with clinical staff to translate needs into system configuration
- Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades and go-lives
What you bring
- 3+ years supporting Epic or comparable EHR platforms
- Epic certification in one or more modules preferred
- Working knowledge of HL7/FHIR and healthcare integration
- Strong grasp of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance
