Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis in a Waterfall environment

Create a Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), analyze data/workflows and define the scope

Participate in Gap Analysis to identify the current system's deficiencies and the requirements for the changes in the proposed system

Conduct JAD sessions to develop a business solution that application meets business requirements, resolve open issues, and change requirements

Create and configure new JIRA projects and worked with departments to maintain existing JIRA projects
