Trust & transparency

Evidence before amplification.

These standards govern Gain America’s service claims, research, comparisons, case studies, news, and AI-assisted editorial workflow.

01

Claims and evidence

Material claims must trace to a controlled company record, primary public source, or approved engagement evidence. Confidential records remain private.

02

Case studies

Client confidentiality is protected, but anonymization is never permission to invent an industry, architecture, timeline, quotation, or result.

03

Comparisons

Competitors and Gain America receive the same sourcing standard. Comparisons explain buyer fit and do not manufacture weaknesses.

04

Dates and updates

New work receives its real publication date. Updated work retains its original date and displays the material update date; historical context is not falsely backdated.

05

Authorship

A byline identifies the responsible person or editorial organization. Technical review is named when an identifiable reviewer approved the work.

06

Fair treatment

Nationality, ethnicity, names, accents, and office geography are never proxies for competence, security, cost, seniority, or delivery responsibility.

07

Counterfactual review

Geographic language is reviewed by substitution: if changing India to France or Italy changes the treatment without a factual business reason, the language is revised.

08

Corrections

Substantive factual errors are corrected promptly. Material changes update the page date and should be described where reader interpretation could change.

AI-assisted work: AI may support research, structure, editing, and production. A responsible human must review factual claims, sources, cultural framing, and publication readiness. Automated generation is not evidence.
