Job description
Gain America's Early Careers program places new and recent graduates into entry-level Junior Data Analyst roles with leading employers across the Jersey City, NJ area. Turn data into insight for enterprise teams while building analytics skills that scale. This is a launchpad: you'll gain real production experience with mentorship and structured onboarding.
We welcome new graduates and students, including candidates on OPT, CPT, or STEM-OPT work authorization.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site · Jersey City, NJ
You'll work with: SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, data visualization
What you'll do
- Write SQL queries and prepare datasets for analysis
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau
- Support data-quality checks and ad-hoc analysis
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders
What you bring
- A degree in a quantitative or related field
- Working SQL and spreadsheet skills; some Python a plus
- An analytical, detail-oriented mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication
