Job description
Gain America's Early Careers program places new and recent graduates into entry-level IT Support / Help Desk Analyst (Entry-Level) roles with leading employers across the Long Island, NY area. Launch your IT career supporting real users, systems, and networks with room to grow. This is a launchpad: you'll gain real production experience with mentorship and structured onboarding.
We welcome new graduates and students, including candidates on OPT, CPT, or STEM-OPT work authorization.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site · Long Island, NY
You'll work with: troubleshooting, ticketing, Windows/macOS, networking basics, customer service
What you'll do
- Resolve hardware, software, and access tickets
- Support Windows/macOS setups and common applications
- Escalate complex issues and document resolutions
- Deliver friendly, professional user support
What you bring
- A degree, certification, or coursework in IT
- Basic networking and OS troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent customer-service communication
- A helpful, patient, problem-solving attitude
